Renewed House Building On The Dunes in Todos Santos

Here’s news that no one wanted to hear. A new house has begun construction on the dunes in lower (very southern part of) Las Tunas, between Calle Los Mangos and Camino Internacional. They are building the septic system as I type. It appears that they have marked the structure to be well behind the top of the dune, so that’s good news. We will see what they build and how tall it is soon enough.

I’ll post a photo later today if I have time.

Pescadero is on the rise, with two classy developments/resorts and more in the works. Seems we used to hear this stuff for years with nothing happening. Times have changed.

Reasons vary from double taxation to difficulties maintaining bank accounts due to the anti-terrorism laws. Political differences do not seem to be a major concern.
